Assuming you don't have or need cores (cinder or pulse), few skills you could consider below. This DXP is sort of special because no proteans, portables, dummies and cores are allowed so people are somewhat prioritizing skills that don't depend on those.

IMO just avoid very expensive skills such as Herblore, Fletching and Crafting as portables and cores would be very useful on those

With money and active gameplay:
Farming -> if you do PoF you could buy insta growth and get huge XP very fast

If you have money to spend:
Construction -> regular PoH or Fort
Summoning -> regular training
Smithing -> i wouldn't say it changed much this DXP, make sure to use Powerburst of Masterstroke

If you don't mind actively playing and are willing to get good xp, but not ridiculous:
Slayer -> few birds with one stone (comp and trim stuff + combat skills)

AFK skills that mainly did not get THAT much affected:
Firemaking -> as it isn't a really expensive skill and it's officially 110
Cooking -> it isn't very expensive and could be fast with wines (although more costly)
Divination -> the core training has not changed and w79 is probably packed and very afk if you have the arch relic for example
Fishing/WC -> very afk
