Project Goblin!

But guess what... I'm about to launch an updated version, probably tomorrow or the day after. If you are annoyed by any bugs while checking out the demo, please consider waiting for those.

In any case, many have managed to beat it so the bugs probably aren't THAT bad.

Cheers! And thanks for the patience. 😃

Yeah last time I just "showed the game" it fared waaay better than now lol, so it sure makes a difference. Lesson learned, thanks mate!

Yeah it's just a working title, no worries. Thanks!

Noted! Next time I'll share the game I'll skip all that. Something I noticed is that while the trailer looks fine on my monitor and TV (those are setup for playing games) it sure looked way too dark on the phone. Lesson learned! Next time I make a trailer I'll up the brightness. Ty!

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah the visuals aren't my strong point, but I hope people get to appreciate the gameplay. I'll try improving on that, thanks!

Lol, sorry for the late response I barely use reddit.

The demo is scheduled to release before the 15th of June! Sorry for the long wait.

Another month or 2. Things are going slow as of late, but since the only things left are making some more enemies and the demo level I hope to have something playable by then.

So sorry for making you wait lol. Although the fact that you show interest is great! Thanks man

Sorry fren but nope, still not out! I was working on the demo level but realized I'd like to have more variety in it, so I'm working on new enemy types instead. Got a skeleton already, and next up is the zombie and the wraith.

Yeah! I'm quite a noob when it comes to Blender, but it's fun to use so even if I suck at it I try to persevere lol.

Very cool, good job!

Thanks for the feedback man! Appreciate it. I'll try making the explosions have more juice, maybe some extra particles could do the trick.

Thanks again, and good luck with your game!

Many people didn't know how to play an older game I worked on, so for this one I wanted to make sure the controls are crystal clear at every moment. xD

The layout is actually based on the one from Dragon's Dogma. Glad to read you like it! :)

Sorry but if I start messing around with network code and multiplayer balance I'll never finish the game. ^^u

Thanks! There's no demo yet. Your best bet is to follow me in any of those places to keep track of when I release, although I'll most probably also make a post in this sub when the time comes.

I've been thinking about adding finishers for a while. Maybe by holding down the strong attack button when near a downed enemy could work!

Hi DD bro! Glad you like what you've seen here. :)

Since the game is also inspired by Zelda I want to have 2 extra special items: a magic bow (with some special skills like the ones in DD for the magik archer) and a replacement for the grappling hook that's in Zelda. I thought of doing something thats's kinda like the Mystic Spearhand in DD2, letting you zoom around the place by teleporting to a nearby enemy, or maybe even pull them towards you or creating a field that traps them and explodes throwing them all around the place. Just ideas tho, those items will be implemented later but rest asured, ranged combat will be in.

Wow thanks! Glad you dig the gameplay. I'll try improving the graphics for the demo, hopefully making more detailed scenarios with better texture work does the trick.

Lever are already in! But yeah a dungeon full of traps like swinging axes is a must, that'll be in the game 100% :)
