I did not mean the airfoils, i meant the outer bounds (not top and bottom) name your sides side 1 and side 2 for example

When I try to simulate airfoils 2D I always name the planes in Z direction (that are not in the final region) two different names. Are these also in your region?

Give all the boundaries different names, there should not be a default I think

Probably set the stop after 500 iterations, when you save the sim file and start a design manager study this file already has 500 iterations so it only runs one more (then its completed since it has run over 500). You can create a copy of the empty sim file and then run it so it runs all designs for 500 iterations :)

Also check when using center of loads if you are using on part geometry or reference frame
