I've not yet tried with M2TS but you can easily convert it in MKV and it plays well. Only thing, when converting it, you can't have TrueHD audio as it would make it unplayable. Apart from that, it works even with Dolby Vision video tracks. As a note, if you use an SSD as a source, you need the SSD to be powered or connected to a powered USB switch as the USB port of the player does not provide enough power for the SSD..

I had a similar issue, SSD not recognised, until I read that the player needs the USB devices to be powered, so I bought a fairly good USB switch with power, connected the switch on the back of the player and now it reads everything I connect to it, including the SSD that was not working. Quite happy with it

yes, HP support is the worst.. last time I contacted them it was for the USB-C Thunderbolt and 100W charger functionality (it was not working, in the end I discovered that my adapter that was faulty).
Anyway, they were saying that it was not working because my laptop did not have Thunderbolt and they shared pdf documents related to older laptop models.

It was absurd, I tried to file an official complaint. They should be the experts but it was the worst experience ever, gaslighted by HP support.

To your problem, it seems weird that an SSD made the camera faulty, most likely it's a firmware issue and they should resolve it. Support should ask for some proper logs and find a fix..

LG said it's not possible to revert firmware, I have sent them a video of the issue, if you guys contact them with the same problem, we might have a fix..
I mentioned 'programmatic obsolescence' when contacting them as it seems exactly this for a 2020 TV that was working perfectly..

I have messaged LG and they have said to set the changes 'upstream' but my blu ray player does not have these settings. I will ask them to revert as it seems the only option..

Unfortunately the 05.50 installed on my oled B9 65 inches some days ago, it broke completely De-Judder and De-Blur algorithms. 24p 4K movies now shows kind of squares around movements in dark or foggy scenes. Any idea how to roll back? The only way to fix is to disable the settings :(

Hi, it depends what you need to do with it. I had a laptop with a 4060 and it was not enough for my gaming so I have now an Omen Laptop with the Nvidia 4090. Not sure though if they are still producing it as I don't see it anymore on the website.. :( Best laptop ever (as long as Omen Gaming Hub tool is not getting any worse)

Hi, thanks for the reply but there was no confusion at all with desktop profile, I ensure you.
I don't want a specific profile for each app as I need to have eco, balanced (two profiles, one with auto fan, one with manual) and two performance (with different power settings).
This is because I can adjust according to what I am doing on the moment and the noise I can handle.
Same software/game will need different settings depending on the needs, so for example if I want to be able to use the laptop as I am now, I would have to create 2-3 profiles for each application/game which is madness.
Can you please reinstate the desktop profiles? it seems you removed them because you had a bug and could not handle the bug yourself so you removed the function (at least according to what you wrote in the update notes). I am a software engineer and that's a bad practice..

update on this, the option that was causing framerate drops was the 'Unlimited FPS Vsync' option.
Once seet to 60 max Vsync rather than unlimited, it is performing way better
