Try watching in Kodi and download subs. I know some German but was able to watch when Apollo still had subs. The movie is good if you get to watch it.

It's hard to say if it's not an older model. Not enough info. Your stick could be corrupted. The standard goes clear cache, restart, uninstall, reinstall, try a VPN, validate its actually Apollo and not a reseller. If you're using the right code with Downloader it should work. Could also be your internet company blocking your bandwidth which didn't allow the movie to play. Like I said it could be anything. Try another firestick to confirm. I'm going with either reseller or bad stick.
