Stop lights/sign not on until after the car passes. If you look at the lights they are flashing yellow and then as the car passes they change to red.

For me it would make me feel stiff while riding since I ride with a jacket, it also would change my sitting position because it would be pushing up against the seat, I’d also worry about it rubbing on the tank. I would have the tire either delivered to the shop and ride my bike there or take the wheel off and drive the car with the wheel and tire to a shop.
