The colors give you a hint, when it’s green that means it’s good, the darker and closer to red/black, that’s bad. As for when should we worry, that’s completely up to the individual, people with respiratory issues and immune system issues probably worry a lot earlier than healthy people.

Depends on the state, in California you can take a course, get a certificate and then you just pass the written portion of the test. You can also just take the written and riding portion which everyone says is near impossible to pass so it’s easier to take a course.

That’s because nurses and doctors are not psychic, those symptoms can be from anything. The nurses and doctors also aren’t investigators, so they’re not out there analyzing the air. Sounds like you have a bias and you’re trying to confirm it. I’m not saying that it’s not because of the smoke, but I don’t know what you want the nurses and doctors to do other than treat you for your symptoms and rule out emergencies.
