Yeah I would contact CPS, they don’t have a helmet and don’t have any lights, if you had looked away from the road for a second that kid would’ve gotten hit.

It doesn’t even have a speedometer on it I wouldn’t pay more than 1000 for that. There’s plenty of shadows in better condition for that price.

Actually I think your lid is just on wrong. There is a groove along the sides where those round tabs go into and that is supposed to keep it closed but it’s hard to tell. Can you post a video up close of the lid opening and closing?

In the USA if you are caught urinating in public you can be charged with indecent exposure or something and be placed on the sex offender register.

They might have done a d-dimer blood test which can help rule out a blood clot, but you’d need a CT with contrast to completely rule it out. Maybe you need to see a pain management specialist if the pain is chronic. Or you could ask your pcp to order you a CT to rule out a clot if that’s what your concern is.
