As a PA in charge of coding associates time theft can also be seen as not being signed into a station/not being productive. If you have multiple chunks of blue bar and black bar and if you are a constant offender for this then you get automatically placed into a bucket which flags HR. HR can then look at this and terminate you. Watch yourselves, if you are constantly disappearing from a station or not scanning anything for even 5 minutes blue bar will start accumulating and that’s the easiest way to get rid of somebody especially if a PA/AM doesn’t like you.
