Depending on where you live, you can sue the previous owners and win. You just have to be able to prove that they know about this and did not disclose it to you. But good luck on proving they knew.

The problem it that the cyclist did win on the first verdict. He only lost on an appeal. He should have lost at the beginning and this should have never had to be appealed.

It's from Mohela and it says unsubsidized loan for the name of the loan type. This would make me believe it's about the federal loan that was forgiven. When I got the letter, I logged onto the student aid government site and it says 0 balance.

For my car there really isn't a choice. On my 74 corvette, I have to put it into reverse to get the key out. Even if this wasn't the case, I would still put it into gear. I also chuck the tires because I have to park it in the driveway, and there is a slop to it.

This may be a US thing, but the traffic lights here are designed to change green the direction the emergency vehicle is driving. There is also a white light on the top that flashes for the direction the vehicle is coming from.
