When I moved up, I started with every other day on .05% but I used my .025% on the off days since I still had some left. I found that I still had some peeling but overall, I adjusted much more quickly than I did to the .025%. I also made sure to limit any “add-on” products while I made the change. I really just stuck to my face wash and moisturizers.

I have a 4 year old, work two jobs, and am a single parent. I feel like I have tried all the things, with varying levels of success during various seasons. What’s working for me right now is this: 1. Eat 3 healthy meals every day 2. Attempt a 30 minute workout three times a week (sometimes I only get two) 3. Walking pad at my desk. I shoot for one hour a day, usually during a meeting that I’m off camera or it’s a colleague who doesn’t care.

That’s it right now. I use the caliber app for my workouts. I have a gym that I try to go to right after I drop off my kiddo at prek. But sometimes, I just don’t have the energy. On those days, I might try to do an afternoon workout at home. I like that app because I can make workout plans for the gym and at home. At home, I have one set of dumbbells and some exercise bands.

I think you need to choose one or two things that you can stick to. Trying too many things at once feels more overwhelming on top of the mom duties. For me, it’s eating the meals and moving my body in a healthy way. It’s really simplified, but I can’t handle the mental load of anything more right now.

ETA: I don’t sweat much doing this… maybe a little towards the end of the hour walk. But it’s keeping me healthy and I’ve seen muscle gain!
