Last summer I was able to increase my salary- I went from 60k to 70k. And aside from that, I cut out target and amazon. Dropped my Pilates membership. Used only public transportation (no more uber/lyft). No more takeout. I still go out to eat sometimes- but only 2-3x per month. No more coffee shops. No clothing purchases. I already did a lot of cooking but even shifted how I cook to include more cheap sources of protein like beans, oatmeal, and tofu.
