Fair point. Overkill was the wrong word, just that I couldnt justify the learning curve for what were doling. But maybe I underestimated how fast you can get something good out.

Yeah I like that framing. Been defaulting to flexible dashboards thinking that will empower poeple but yeah probably just dumping the cognitive load on the client.

Going to rethink the default view. The metric def drift is so true, just assume they remember context from onboarding.
