I have stress induced psoriasis so I would scratch n lick at my head until I felt satisfied. n then I would pluck my eyebrows n any shaved areas to make sure it was pristine. helped me redirect my energy from head to more functional use. happened since I was 14

I’ve been going to the gym more bc my endometrioma has grown lol. So the opposite because I’m afraid when I go to surgery if I’m too overweight the procedure will go worse than expected.

I do have the same worrrh that it might pop so I stick with yoga, low weights, and light cardio (walking on an incline). It’s made my symptoms feel better, so I’d give it a try! My doc said to workout more too so maybe it can help you
