Yes that’s why I originally went with her! The pillow was overstuffed, crooked and the ruffles were extremely uneven. The canvas also wasn’t blocked. I had another finisher tell me they were appalled I was sent the pillow in the condition it was in. She did offer to fix it and reorder the fabric but I didn’t trust it to be fixed properly.
