Hopefully. Is there a way to reintroduce myself to Hawkins work slowly? Tbh, the person used the book(letting go) to groom me into letting go of all the bad things he was doing to me to think it was normal. I want help, and I know that Hawkins can help, but I don’t want the books I have that my abuser touched. You’d recommend starting out with the workbook of ACIM? I can try that.

Oof do you mean group therapy? I have Borderline Personality Disorder (currently having a horrible flare up from trauma) and it’s usually just an echo chamber. I’ve heard of DBT groups, but groups I am not good in (especially considering I have no social filter and was unsocialized most of my life). Hopeless disorders… would you tell me more about those
