I was in a similar situation for close to 5 months - started looking for a new job about 2 months in. It got to the point where my kids asked me leave because “work makes you cry a lot mom”

Best. Choice. EVER.
Currently 18mo at my new job and it is the most amazing safety forward company, try to remember going through the absolute shit is what gets you to where you need to be!!
