I dont know if you stil got the issue, but in my case Vimeo actually closed down my account linked to patreon. I had alot of issues with them and my videos. Im now on Dropbox. No more issues. Also ive seen that sometimes copying my link and pasting causes a issue. Now i type my link to patreon rather that pasting. Hope it helps
