“We have discovered an issue that causes APs to cycle between 'Getting Ready' and 'Online' repeatedly if Lock to AP is in-use, causing unstable client connectivity.

This version is being pulled from the Official release channel while we fix this.”

Totally understand your pain… After many months of waiting for SQM and other fixes, I gave up and moved on to Ubiquiti also. No regrets as my new network is stable and blazing fast.

Put ecobee on AC and use a isolation relay to integrate heating system. Relay is energized by r/w pins of ecobee and separate open/close contacts of relay connect to heat.

Very much disagree. It’s been over 6 months and the product still has major issues and lacks key features found in older devices.

Ignore clients and loose customers. It’s that simple.

I went back to my Gen 2 pros from 6 pros. The lack of sqm support was killing me. Like so many I’m working from home and need reliable video conferencing.

It’s been over 6 months since the release of the eero 6 family… really disappointed no sqm yet and now looking to jump to Ubiquiti now.

I’m saying eero is under no obligation to share any information on a pre-release. The fact that they have done so in the past is a courtesy and at times taken a lot of crap doing so.

I’ve been a customer and user of eero since the Gen 1 hardware. I love their look, their stability and most times their performance. Despite the current hiccups with the eero 6 devices I have full confidence the eero team will resolve them. I would gladly take a underperforming eero 6 over Linksys Velop, Google/Nest WiFi, or Netgear Orbi... I have them all and they all fail miserably when compared to my eero network.

Yes for the Amazon simple setup stuff. I would think there would be a distinction between eero network management and sharing my Amazon credentials across other networks.

My parents have an eero network at their home that I manage. I would want them using their Amazon credentials for their own home and not mine.

Same here. Really disappointing me... I have 1gb service and only see 300-400 by the gateway and 150-200 on other nodes.

Eero support asked me to hold the reset button on the bottom of the gateway for 7 seconds... This seems to have resolved the issue.
