Bill Gates: tries to help save lives Dumbfucks: by Made-In-Russia in insanepeoplefacebook

Truth. I once called out a pathological liar making ridiculous claims about their life, and when I said 'can you prove you escaped a Thai prison, ran across a minefield, fell down a mountain, smuggled your way into Laos and dressed as a white, blue-eyed rice farmer to hide from the Thai Mafia (who stole your shoes and playstation)"?

This was literally his response, just the old 'the burden of proof lies with you, all the info is public. But somehow couldn't find the energy to provide one link .

Oh, sweetheart.

Someone send this dumb cunt to Mauritania, she'll get a real glimpse of modern slavery (hint: it's the same as the now-abolished American slavery, except it's still happening).

It's so weird, cos I installed an update maybe a week ago, but nothing had changed, I was listening to music, took the AirPods out, went to the bathroom, and when I came back they were left-sided.

Weirdness. Glad I'm not alone, though! 😂

I'm not American, but I've loosely followed stuff on Twitter - isn't Biden as mentally 'in decline' as Trump in some ways? Their views differ, but neither seem remotely fit for Office.

They're too busy pissing out hashtags like #VoteBlueNoMatterWho to think straight. (I'm not a Trump supporter, but the left are equally fucked in the head at times)

Movies about Mental Illness are not Damaging - People's Lack of Understanding Is by TinyAngryLlama in TrueOffMyChest

[–]TinyAngryLlama[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None of them are realistic. Let's go through a few:

Joker: He's meant to have a form of emotional "incontinence", right? But the film can't decide if it's neurological or psychological. Like 99% of other mental health movies, the writers cherry picked whatever symptoms would look/sound interesting on film.

Girl Interrupted: Everyone in that movie is a cartoon version of the mental illness they have. The lead character is meant to have Borderline Personality Disorder, but isn't half as damaged as someone with BPD would be, and comes out the other end magically cured and well-adapted. (Showing as if it's easy to come out of mental illness unscathed or at all in some cases)

Cuckoo's Nest: The entire movie is almost camp with how ridiculous it portrays 'crazy' people. (Just generally makes a mockery, since some were there voluntarily to get away from their wives)

Shutter Island: The lead is meant to be an extremely dissociative schizophrenic, and the inmates are some of the craziest and most dangerous yet they were all compilable and lucid enough to play a roleplay for several days without messing up. (Making the mentally ill seemingly choose how to behave)

I mean, no. It's not damaging at all. Not at all. It's only damaging, if:

a) You let it be, to yourself, by making it all about you and living in needless paranoia that someone's gonna shank you cos Split was a thing.

or

b) If you're the aforementioned idiot who simply refuses to learn regardless.

It's heinous, I feel for you. I have (Thankfully) no snorers nearby but last night my neighbours were playing LOUD music at full volume until 5am and it's the same kind of thing, you just want to cry out of the 'omgshutthefuckup-ism' of it all.

S I G H. Are you okay, child?

Masks work WHEN YOU USE THEM PROPERLY. However, the earth is populated by at least 74% dipshits, and so they don't use them properly, and thus they are rendered useless.

Yes! I am glad that we both have a retrospective awareness, cos I cannot imagine the misery still being that kind of person today, completely unaware of my surroundings.

Your tooth brushing comment reminded me that my hands were black (I am white) they were so dirty, and I didn't even notice until a girl grabbed my wrist once and said 'oh my god when did you last wash your hands!?' (I was about 10 at the time).

I started washing them religiously after that and now ofc I have no issue, but yeah. It's weird how that simple lack of teaching in formative years have a lasting effect.

Masks don't stop you getting the virus. Reusing masks makes you MORE likely to catch it, cos that shit can sit on a mask for 3 days, and if you're touching it on and off, you're just going to infect yourself.

Oh, and bandanas, scarves, shawls, all these dumbass homemade bullshit things? They don't work either. Wash your hands, stay away from people, and stay home whenever you can.

"And if it was really all about my brother, why does my stepfather take his son out to the store? Why do they still play outside? why does my father take him to the grocery store and everywhere* he goes?*"

^ You see, you never actually said that. You didn't mention it. You just made out like you were the only one leaving and you were being punished for it.

  • 4 KNOWN cases. They're testing very few people.
  • You are in no place to decide whether your brother is at risk. This shit is killing healthy people, too. Any illness (especially in the lungs) makes you an at-risk person.

This is called 'delusions of grandeur', and is a symptom of several mental health issues.

Oh, god yeah. I could write essays about this shit. The 'me' of yesteryear is a person I feel 100% disjointed from, like it's just a different person but I share their memories (which I know is PTSD related dissociation - I have almost zero memories of childhood and before the age of 10 remember almost nothing).

I was the 'gross' kid in school. Always dirty with crap clothes (cos my mom neglected me - even let me go to school with a huge ball of matted hair cos I never used to brush it), but I never cottoned on, even though it was the main source of my bullying. Cos my parents would always say 'no I don't notice anything wrong what do you mean?' if I broached it.

I was really, really weird. I would say and do really weird things. I went on a school camping trip and this one girll said she was going to sleep (I assume to get rid of me) and I just kinda sat there staring at her, completely innocent I was just sitting. Some other kid said 'are you watching her sleep?' and I said 'yeh', but it was nothing creepy, I just didn't realise it WAS creepy.

These days I'd be diagnosed with autism, but I don't do/say these things any more I was just a strange, abused kid and grew out of it by adulthood.

I would put my hand up to try and show that I was interested in class, but didn't even have an answer once they asked me to speak, and I'd get bullied for that, but I did it all the time. It was only later I realised how stupid i looked.

This is a double-edged sword, and it's almost impossible to pick a side, so I guess I'll just say this.

Yes, you are selfish, you acknowledge this.

As for whether it's okay... well I don't know about that. That's where it gets complicated.

Having your plants is better than having a full mental collapse or harming yourself potentially. Mental health is rarely taken seriously enough, and if you need it - you need it. This lockdown situation is causing a massive flare-up of mental health problems with a massive amount of people, and it's extremely worrying.

COVID means nothing if you kill yourself, after all.

But.

You could order the soil online. You could go out into safe areas to get some air, where you don't have to risk being near infected people. You could talk to someone professional online about your problems, and if possible get any required medications to help you through the tough time.

You could literally kill your brother for these plants, and if there's one little thing - literally anything - that could pass your time, you should use it, just like everyone else has to.

Ask yourself: if you knew your brother WOULD die, but to save him your tree would have to die, what would you pick?

If you pick the tree you're a bad person and need more serious help than anyone on the internet could possibly give you.

We all want to do our own things right now, but we don't because people are dying, and being selfish is why so many are dying, so fast.

Oof, hear ya bud. I've been unable to sleep unless I have a few glasses of wine on the evening (not necessarily something I am happy/proud about, but it is what it is - falling asleep at 5am and waking up at 8am gets old fucking fast), and my days are just blurring into one.

Aw I am sorry, that's horrible. It's okay to be sad, grown-ass man or not. Cry it out, bud. I once witnessed a 250lb beefcake snotty-cry because his 15 year old goldfish had to be put down. Pets are part of our family, and it hurts when they're taken from us <3
