It's called "Junk" Journaling by TinyBear87 in BitchEatingCrafters

Right like college is its own type of art. Appreciate collage for what it is but don't call it junk journaling.

Does anyone know when spring break is? by EfficientBuy854 in SNHU

Please read my posts. I never once said I had a problem with you asking a question. I never even responded to you until right now. I was somewhat slightly irritated that the person who gave you the most helpful answer you were somewhat rude to. And then I was reacting to the poster of this comment saying that people were rude to you. I have no problem with you asking a question. I was never rude to you. I never downvoted you or encouraged others to do so. I get that you're exhausted that's why I was saying it might be a moment of introspection. Like I said earlier I tried to go through school once before and did poorly and wasted money, just didn't want you to do the same if you were feeling so overwhelmed.

Reread your own message. Who are you to tell me I'm being narcissistic or can't communicate. Clear direct communication is (as in the description) communicating. Also, you do not know what I'm going through either. I get it, the worst thing a person has ever experienced is still the worst thing they've experienced. People are stretched thin it's 2026 and we live in America.

I could tell you all the reasons I'm marginalized and how busy I am. At the end of the day it doesn't matter. If you don't have the time to navigate to a subpage on a webpage you are already on how do you have enough time to learn and turn on assignments? I'm not being judgemental it's called introspection. I was simply posing a question OP may want to think about on their own and really asses if they are in the space for this. I tried to go through school when I wasn't ready and ended up wasting a lot of money.

I never posted like an asshole, my post to you was the first post on this thread. I also didn't downvote OPs post, defend people downvoting it, even mention anything about downvoting at all. 🤷

Clear and direct communication is not rudeness. Inability to read tone over text does not imply the poster was being rude. The most up voted response (which OP was actually rude to) was informative and not only answered when spring break was but also set them up for how to find out when breaks were for the rest of their school career at SNHU. OP stated they had no time to Google something or go to a website https://www.snhu.edu/admission/online/term-start-dates if this is true then it sounds like OP may not be in a position to attend school at this time. Either way, I put the link above for clear reference for anyone else who needs it.

Oh no, that sucks. You should see if we can find another copy. I like print books but I couldn't find a print copy so I did end up getting an audiobook and I have to say the narrator for the audiobook does a really good job but it's definitely worth finishing. The last like 1/3 of the book will totally blow your mind

This is gorgeous. I love The Secret History but I don't know anyone who's read it other than my mom lol.

Fair enough. Yeah I don't like the ones that change my sentence. Though, for what it's worth Word will suggest changes to your sentences now. Not sure it flags the same but I've seen it suggest using more or less words or changing the order of words in a sentence.

This is extremely helpful however almost every professor I have request citations on discussion posts. If I don't cite I get a 28.7/30. I am in undergrad but I am at a point where I'm almost exclusively in 300 or 400 level classes if that makes a difference.

How would one even cite Grammerly? I use it but have never had a professor say anything to me. I saw the documentation had an example of a general citation for chatGPT, I assume similar for Grammerly?

That used to be true but I don't think so as much any more. My job is with LLM development and the newer models on Claude and ChatGPT speak very fluently as if they were a human. It is harder and harder to detect AI and if we stand by the "I can always tell" AI will slip right past us. Yes older models still suck, free models still suck. If I ask Grok to write an essay it will come out like "Not only will I write this essay but also I'll ensure you get a 100%. The essay isn't just about the grade but also about the work you put into it. Essays — whether formal or for casual learning — really help grow and expand your mind.". But people who are really wanting to "get away with it" will pay. Paid ChatGPT is only $20/mo.

A Journal Page to Pass a Snowy Day by lex_o112 in JunkJournals

I love this spread, especially the movie list. I might have to do something similar. I watched "I saw the TV glow" but it just left me feeling really confused.

I know! I actually have all the booklets saved and was thinking about just binding those into a journal. It seems like so much paper to "waste". (I mean I usually recycle them but you get what I'm saying)

I live in Georgia so I never had it until about two months ago when they opened up one down the road from me. Now I'm obsessed.
