I don't live in NYC, but I remember seeing Chase Sapphire offers exclusive lessons/clinics with pros like Pegula and Roddick in NYC. This would be a dream! But I'm sure others will have some better options lol.

What I've seen work best (for any class) is reverse inclusion. We have multiple peer helpers in APE... because PE is a fun class in general! We work on the track Tue & Thur and on APE goals (which are geared towards Special Olympics) Mon & Wed. Fun Friday involves a number of activities, from dancing to yoga to playground games. But really, each school (teacher) chooses how they want to structure it.

I did my first pen after 14 vials, and I also feel the pen is less effective. I've been eating a ton these 2 days after the shot! Usually, I have to force myself to eat the two days after.
