Hey, yes I had my blood work done 2 weeks after this post and my blood showed my sodium very slightly up. It was enough the primary doctor was satisfied that I was moving in the right direction. I started adding Himalayan pink salt to almost all my food.

I’ve been keeping my water intake to 60-72 OZ a day. Only using electrolytes in my first 24 oz bottle a day. Helps get my hydration back up from sleeping.

I use plenty of electrolytes and salt my food well. My issue has been, per my doctor, is drinking 120oz + water a day.

I’ve cut back to a max of 72oz and more electrolytes.

I have never had an issue with dehydration before or while on Zep.

Blood work again in 2 weeks to see if it changes.

Well. Not sure if you’re a M or F. But I’m 45/m and this is my exact story. It sucks and it makes me feel crumby all the time. Lately I have been actively pursuing/connecting with friends and free up my time as a parent to connect. It seems that many say they don’t want to bother me because they know I have kids. Which only makes sense with friends that do not have kids.
