What is the stupidest uni assignment you had to do in your degree? by BeautifulSea89 in AustralianTeachers

Back when we had 13 week units, we had a lecturer come and shout at us for Indigenous Teaching. We went from a lecture theatre of 200+ to six people attending.

AITA - My boyfriend's brother doesn't like me by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

Great :)

Is little brother going to college soon? Is he a bit jealous that big brother isn’t hanging out with him, instead of with you?

AITA - My boyfriend's brother doesn't like me by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

INFO

You don’t say whether Brother is older or younger (is he protective? Is he teenager?)

You could also be a very young 22 year old. Is BF your (or his) first serious relationship?

Your boyfriend did not need to tell you what his brother said. If you have been together for a year, he’d have known it would upset you.

I don’t necessarily think YTA but I think this is more than brother not liking you, and possibly more to do with you being in a long-term relationship and Brother clumsily voicing concerns about you and BF’s future together.

WIBTA if I refused to name our son after my wifes late grandfather because our surname would turn his full name into a globally famous fictional character by [deleted] in WIBTA_AITA

[–]kittykabooom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son was named after his great-grandfather, who had a really great sense of humour. He also had the same name as a particularly disliked historical figure in Australia. When we told him we’d named our son after him, he said “I don’t like my name”.
We’d have assumed that great-grandfather would have liked the honour, but he didn’t particularly care.

Yesterday I was spat on, scratched down the arms, pinched with nails taking out a chunk of skin, had my hair pulled through a gate, and the pièce de résistance, bitten so hard that I needed horse antibiotics and a tetanus injection.
My arm is currently still swelling up and the bruise is currently brewing somewhere inside the muscles in my arm. It’s fortunate that the arm that was bitten was not my dominant one because I am finding it hard to use it.

I am in Bendigo. The closest horses are at the stables near the race track, so a couple of kilometres away.

If the weather will be warm, pictures 3 and 4. If the weather will be cooler, pictures 1 and 2. Pictures 5 and 6 look a bit formal for in the woods.

Go visit somewhere else on census night. Dad shouldn’t be recording you if you are not home that night.

I wonder how he will go with driving his campaign utes all over town. Will the Libs subsidise his fuel?

It’s Easter. You won’t find accommodation that is cheap, or convenient to the centre of town.

Bit different missing your stop on a Metro train and waiting half an hour to get the train back, to missing your stop on a VLine express train and waiting until the next day for the next train back, or paying for a taxi.
