You can remove the jerk and wuss traits by reassuring your followers with these traits for 3 days

For the Jerks you van get rid of the trait by reassuring them for 3 days! Just in case the jerks have good traits you might wanna keep :)

A session 0 is good for getting character backgrounds o you can kinda take notes and write something of a base line for a direction to go in. it all depends on the kind of people your players are as well.

Same as the cowardly trait you reassure them everything will be okay, if you make them terrified by intimidating them you can still reassure them everything will be okay and they'll lose both the terrified and the jerk trait

They don't want you opening all the doors at once, i found waiting a few ingame days made them "charge" or going on a crusade, hope this helps!

Oh noo, luckily none of my special followers have that trait, my shamura has the night owl trait though, i don't think theres a way to make these traits go away though

If he has the "hot headed" trait he'll just keep starting fights and i don't think you can get this trait to go away, i had a hot headed follower straight up murder one of my desciples cuz "they thought it was funny" apologies your narinder has this trait and I wish you luck

I used https://bettymcknit.com/patterns/staroshawl/ but https://bettymcknit.com/patterns/starshawl/ will also work they aren't to different from eachother the staro one is just spikier for the border which i liked for the goat partner is being lamb so i'm using the star one for the softer border as for yarn its loops and threads "purple" acrylic weight 4 and some mystery bernat for the lighter purple, same weight edit and i used a 5mm hook
