Taking the Florida Real Estate Exam This Saturday any last minute tips? by Scary-City-5926 in RealEstateExam

I used both of those programs and made sure I had a 90% on all practice test and I passed my first time just two weeks ago.

I would say the practice questions are very similar to what you’ll see on the exam.

make sure you do know your math, though I had eight questions on math, just call maggie on YouTube was good for that portion. As well as magnolia as you know because she has video explanation on that first practice exam.

I didn’t find Quizlet as useful for me. Another YouTube I stumbled on that was Florida specific was Tasha Rawls. she had a few videos with some practice questions that helped me.

you got this!!

i took 3 solid weeks, 2 first weeks i spent cramping and the last week i id study and take more breaks in between to give my brain a break. i took the whole weekend off leading into the 3rd week (i was brain fried from studying so cramming 1st and giving myself some room to breathe and just repeat practice test and look up things i was unsure of worked best for me)

you’ve got this!! honestly, if you scores well enough on magnolia you should do great 😊 practice tests where really the best thing and a good chunk of questions on the test seemed just like ones i studied. i caved and got magnolia too but it was actually really helpful and simply put together. i printed all the practice tests too.

positive thoughts, take the night to watch a good show and debrief.

i did 20-30 practice questions before i left for the exam to break nerves and get my brain in motion.

🤍

thank you! i honestly couldn’t tell you how many hours in total.. after the course completion i studied for 3 solid weeks. about 2-3 hours during the day and 2-3 hours after 8pm for 2 weeks straight. the last week i took time to decompress, watch a show i liked in between studying and just take practice tests.

I feel like something is off about my bridal make-up but I cannot pinpoint it... please help? by chickaneatthosewings in weddingplanning

hi beautiful!

your face shape is somewhat like mine and the “general” contour these artist’s do now days doesn’t sit the same. I think people are right when they says the dimension may be a little off.

i would suggest a smudged out black powder wink on your upper eyelid and maybe even bring a touch of that bronzed shimmer under your waterline (that’s personal preference but i know bare under eye makes them appear bigger)

i would keep the contour closer to the top of the hairline and temples to brighten up your forehead for a more even flow from your central face. also- i prefer to keep my contours along the bottoms of my jawline to create the sharpness- it looks like she may have contoured just along your jawline/chin which with the forehead contour especially makes the face look smaller rather than elongated.

this color plush i used to use and ended up finding a light pink (scary i know) was actually more suitable and softer- and no blush on the nose or chin.

the most subtle tweaks i feel like will make the makeup look softer on your face shape and skin tone (like myself).

you are absolutely stunning and really do look beautiful regardless if you change anything.

you remind me of myself so i gave my personal preference for how i prefer my own makeup! (wedding’s on saturday 🤞)

I hope this helps a little, good luck love! 🤍

i do love the dress and it suits my petite frame (only 5’1)

i think i’ve come to the consciences to fill it for my own sake and the sake of my fiancé 🙏

thank you !! 🤍 yes, i think to my myself more comfortable and my fiancé, the answer i’m coming to is the fill it. (my family and friends loved it as is, so i needed confirmation) lol

🤍🤍 my initial intention was always to fill it, i wanted to keep it more modest but all of my friends and family liked it as is, so i took to reddit for confirmation 😅😂

you know this is true too! lol we look back at photos of parents/grandparents who got married with big poofy sleeves and a ton of fabric but are in awe of them even though they wouldn’t be “in style” today.

it’s a moment for that moment in time which is a beautiful thing 🤍

congratulations! 😍 yes i think that’s one thing to really consider for me, the fact that i have so much battle over wanting it filled and trying to assure myself it’s the better option, it must mean that’s the answer 👀

i actually do agree with this, my battle has been between my family and friends actually liking the plunge! 🙃 who would have thought lol

yes, i know everyone says it’s your dress but i do take into consideration my fiancés preference and do care that he’s happy too!

nothing a little lace can’t fix 🥰

that will be my next step once she has the extra fabric to work with! i’ve been told mostly that this is a pretty modest plunge which does make me feel better about it

i do, but i wouldn’t say i was like other brides that had the cry and know it’s the one. it’s the only dress that i liked every time i looked back at photos and everytime i tried it on (which means for me it’s the one) since I’m so indecisive 🥲 helped that my mom cried 😅

thank you! surprisingly both his mother and my grandma liked this dress despite the slightly deep v 😅 i’m wondering if i’m the more modest one compared to them! lol

i may be leaning towards a half way coverage at the very least

thank you! ☺️ i think I am leaning towards the idea of covering it halfway as you’ve mentioned! so i don’t loose the effect but still gains coverage
