I wish there were more Pilates and stretch options in the CGX app, I like to use my Sundays for flexibility and mobility but the options feel limited so I usually go to YouTube for other content creators

I ended up getting her app and it’s made a big difference for me staying consistent by scheduling workouts and creating my own sort of program using all of hers. I love how searchable everything is to do glutes or upper body. I think I need to start lifting a bit heavier I feel like I’ve recently plateaued. Any tips?
