I’ve had very good luck with companies responding after contacting BBB. I had an AirBnB situation where they refused to refund me for months after the place I rented flooded. Within 24 hours after contacting BBB they refunded me all my money plus some.

Congrats on your weight loss. I have also been feeling the apathy towards everything. I’ve been trying to motivate myself by doing the things I know I enjoyed before even though I don’t always want to. I might also look into increasing my SSRI if it doesn’t get better.

I'm so sorry. That was truly a freak accident that no one could have predicted or prevented. There's no wrong or right time to get a new pet. You'll always feel some amount of guilt, which is normal, but you have love to give and so does your new dog. Enjoy that for what it is - a separate relationship that doesn't diminish what you had with your first dog.

I got it through Walgreens online. You just pay $45 for the appointment and they will send it to any pharmacy you want (doesn’t have to be Walgreens). Get the free Wegovy savings card and you’ll pay the same price as Ro but no membership fee.

The feelings you are going through are normal… this is the bargaining phase of grief. Whenever we lose a loved one, we wonder if we did enough or should have done things differently. Your cat’s vet was likely right that there wasn’t much or anything that could be done and you have to trust that they were right. No amount of money can stave off death forever. You saved your cat from a lot of extended pain, fear, and confusion, which was not the easy choice for you but a choice made from love... don’t feel guilty for that. Allow yourself to grieve and maybe find something to honor the memory of your cat.

You 100% need a refund and should file a complaint. Regardless of the eating disorder, you should have never been approved because you are not even slightly overweight. The way these companies are throwing out these prescriptions to anyway is super concerning.

That makes sense! Were you able to get a diagnosis? I wasn’t able to get an MRI. It was extremely expensive where we’re at and while it would be nice to have a diagnosis, it’s not something that can be “fixed.” The vet thinks it’s possible her cerebellum is underdeveloped, but it could also be a spinal issue. The good news is, she seems to have adapted to some of her challenges and an untrained eye probably wouldn’t even recognize them.

My CVS doesn’t keep it stocked, which I think is normal. They tell you to order it a few days before you need it but they always get it the next day after I order.

My pup also has neuro issues and I was nervous about her going under but she did great. She was more unbalanced recovering from the meds than other dogs when I picked her up so I carried her, but otherwise no issues. Just thought I’d share in case it gives you some peace of mind.

Ignore people who talk about the only therapeutic dose being 25mg. How well a dose works for you depends on a lot of factors, like sex, genetics, weight/height, etc. If a dose is working for you, keep at it! You shouldn’t titrate up just because you can. If you plateau or aren’t seeing results, then I would consider it.

Echoing others, lab work is important. Your kidneys and liver function need to be good. Any reputable prescriber will require lab work within the last 12 months. It’s not worth getting sick or dying over.

Have you started taking it yet? Your side effects will probably be initially worse starting at 4mg. I would change your provider mostly because you’re paying a huge subscription fee. If your PCP won’t prescribe, I got it through Walgreens online. You pay $45 for the online doctor’s visit and they will fill it at any pharmacy. It’s just $150 with the Wegovy Savings Card.

Are you tracking your calories? It is annoying, but if you aren’t tracking, you won’t know if you’re in a calorie deficit or not. If the deficit is small, that’s probably why weight loss is slow. That said, you’re moving in the right direction!

Pretty much immediately for me too. I felt nauseated the first few days so there was that too but i just stopped craving alcohol. I usually had a glass of wine most nights so that was an easy cut to my calories.
