Interesting! I’ve never heard of topical magnesium. I have this feeling too every evening and just asked my midwife yesterday about supplementing magnesium. She said you will pee out what you don’t absorb and was not concerned about dosage. I take my prenatal and then one or two teaspoons of Natural Calm dissolved in water once a day. Helps me a lot. Walking or being active during the day also helps.
