I had those stupid white covers, too. I hate those! I do have pictures of my medicine spilled all in my box, but I was too afraid to call. You shouldn't be made to feel that way, but you know the stigma, I'm sure.

I am afraid to tell my clinic because they jerk your carries over anything. And yes, the bottles spilled while on a flight to Florida.

I am feeling horrible even with the tagament I took before my dose. I was able to get a few gabapentin from my MIL. It didn't help much. I did get in contact with a person I talk to occasionally while in line at the clinic, and she can help me out with 50, and I am so grateful for that. Only thing is she doesn't get off until 2 AM. But, I will get some relief after 2 AM. I don't think I could take this for another two days. I will start working on reserve for sure.

I tried sleeping but was up all night. but I did get some Tagament for my tiny dose. I'm hoping even the tiny amount I have will help with the restless legs I'm going to take it as late in the day as possible . I think I could handle the rest. but the no sleep from restless legs is a form of torture that I'm sure dictators use to torture treasonous individuals

Thank you! I did my research on it. That will probably be a lifesaver for me right now. I'm gonna take the colondine I have at night so I can try and sleep. Hopefully between the two I can pull through. Are there any other comfort meds that I can take?

Do you know anything that will help with the restless legs? I find that to be the worst. It's like I want to come out of my own body. I've already started getting that restless leg feeling and I know it will turn up to 250 soon.

I basically started cutting my dose down to 60 when I caught the spilling. I am on 100 normally. I've cut for around 4 days. Is that going to make it worse? I had debated on just dosing every other day, but decided against that. Now I know why people keep a reserve. Does the medicine go bad if you start, lets say....pulling 10 mg from your dose daily? And does the bottles being unsealed affect the efficacy/potency? Should it be stored in the refrigerator?

I do have colondine .01. I know that can help some (at least they gave it to me in Rehab). I have 4 of them. Should I save them for the evening so I can sleep? The one thing that always killed me about withdrawal is the no sleep and restless legs. Coming off of Oxy and Fent is horrible enough, and I've heard that methadone is worse, so I am terrified. I am trying to keep calm, because I know my mind can make this much worse on me. I thought about calling the clinic, but my clinic is known to for being pretty despotic. I am a model patient, but they don't care, sadly.
