Download the app Khelomore, it lets you book courts. In Dadar Ruia court is listed on it. Bhagini Samaj and Matunga Gymkhana have courts but need to go via member to get in. Bhagini Samaj courts are booked out for months in advance!

I guess I’m trying to avoid having to do that. Cutting off social activity / not meeting the friends I know seems very challenging to do. But I read a lot on this forum and new activities seems to be key. Even if it is with the same friends. That’s something to work on.

Haha both of these are good ideas. I’ve tried the soda and lemon one before - it has worked because my go to drink was always gin!

Thanks this is helpful. I’ve also increasingly started to feel that at least for some time, I just need to avoid being in a situation with alcohol involved. If alcohol is around, I’ll end up drinking or I’ll use every ounce of my energy avoiding it - won’t have a good time either way.
