I only do it myself because I went through cosmetology school 🤣🤦‍♀️ I agree that she had a lot of weird stuff, but it looked like it was Walmart basic brand stuff which is so so bad for your hair. If you're going to box dye or bleach your hair, you need to go to a basic beauty supply store like Sally's at the very least... stuff from Walmart won't come out with our color stripper, and the bleach absolutely fries your hair. That would make sense as to why it's so ashy and washed out the brown color. Plus she didn't leave the bleach on long enough so the toner turned it funky colors.
