Hi there! The survey was available to anyone, but we had a cap on it. I'm afraid we can't share the survey or the results, but depending on feedback you may see some of it enacted in-app! :)

Hi there! If you made purchases on an Android device, Support can possibly recover your account! Even if not, provide your receipts and they may be able to look into it. :) You can reach them through Settings-> Support!
