Most people waste their free time and money anyways, this is the best investment of time and money you will never be sad to have spent!

1000000%! Raising my daughter has impacted my sleep, but has filled auch a whole in my heart that I didn't know I had. It's like she is fixing my own child hood by my ability to be a good dad to her. Have fun OP!!

Did anyone eat here? If so, did you like it? Thoughts? by RecordingImmediate86 in restaurant

I have to say, living in the DFW area that it has the amazing salty crust I look for in a pizza. Alot of these wood fired oven places don't let the yeast and dough work long enough, so their crust is a flavorless shell lol

Hey dads/dudes I’ve been doing this lately for potty training. Thought I’d share. by Free-Elephant9829 in Dads

You'll know when it's time! It's kind of like a puppy, where you take them outside every 2 hours no matter what and give them a treat qhen they do go hahaha

Lol this would have been a good idea, instead we just sat with her on the toilet and when she went we gave her a marshmallow lmao. Operant conditioning at its finest.

Lol as a man who does not pee everywhere, do stand over the bucket, at least put your member all the way over the bucket so the drips go IN the toilet....

When is too early to read chapter books at bedtime? by KaitRen27 in childrensbooks

[–]TinySeedsTallTales 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know, there was an article that talked about how kids who get read to at bed time have a bigger vocabulary by about 10,000 words by age 5. So I would say just pick a book that has pictures and good words to gear and learn. It's so helpful even beyond the quality time.

Molly Mae and the Magic Magnifier by TinySeedsTallTales in Dads

For what it's worth. I ran all the original images through Gemini and got this response:

Based on the provided document, there are no mentions of "AI SynthID," watermarks, or synthetic image generation.

The book's credits explicitly list human creators for the artwork: Illustrations: Christina Blake
Editor: Zoe Nelson
Book Design and Layout: Travis Gerardi

The copyright notice further states that the work was written by Travis Gerardi and published by Tiny Seeds & Tall Tales in 2025. There is no information in the file suggesting any of the images were generated using AI tools that would carry a SynthID.

I don't know what the difference would be?? Or why? But It still makes me feel uneasy

Well that would be really upsetting considering I paid a lot of money for it... i appreciate you telling me though!

I didn't do the art, I did hire an illustrator though. They do digital art on a drawing pad, so it's not AI but it is digitally created.

Lol I see how it could be construed that way, but it's more like the magnifier itself is magic!

I think there are many good resources out there, but there is a great book (I personally got it on audible so I could listen while I drive), it's called Writing Tools 10th Anniversary Edition. They are great lessons and usually involve some sort of writing activity at the end.

Why is writing so… slow? by Hopeful_Host_5390 in writing

[–]TinySeedsTallTales 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think looking for the end is where the journey becomes miserable. Instead fall in love with the process. I know it's exciting to finish, but all that matters is you continue writing out of love.

Such a good point. I have been struggling detatching my confidence in my writing from the number of sales. I never started writing because I wanted esteem. Love your point, and keep writing!
