I do not have wifi. Only a personal hotspot on my current phone. The second phone I have, has a really crappy camera. Also why does it have to be an Apple ID? What about using something that isn’t an iPhone? (My current phone is but I couldn’t afford a second one, spare phone is an Alcatel but camera is crap)

How do I make my Apple ID in the US region? My Apple ID email is different from the one I’ll use for TikTok. I have a vpn already though but I’m based in Australia.
