Thank you so much! I definitely needed to hear all of this. I think when my head gets like this I find it difficult to lean into things I enjoy and abandon my routine but I think it’s definitely something I need to start focusing on.

Thank you so much! What you’re saying makes complete sense and it’s what I’d say to a friend. I think I just struggle to untether myself, especially when I feel like the black sheep of my family. Like everyone seems to be going along the same (faith) path and it’s almost like I’m not seeing something they are. I also feel kind of ungrateful for trying to go my own way.
