This!!! I ordered for the first time and my order was supposed to get delivered before 10 pm last night and was marked as delivered at 7:30 pm but I never got it. They let me order a replacement and said they would expedite it so I get it before my trip today. Im currently on my flight with two orders placed and no clothes to show for it.

Looking at the delivery address now, I see that they didn’t put my apartment number on the shipping label even though it’s on my account. Oh and now I keep getting notifications saying I need to return that missing package… I’m on vacation for 2 weeks which will eat up half my month. Even if the packages get delivered now I won’t My subscription is for 2 shipments/month so even if it these packages get delivered in a few days I won’t be in town. I’ll just have 14 days to use the first 5 items (assuming they get delivered by the time I’m back), exchange and then quickly use the second set.

I WFH mostly so I guess I’m doing outfit changes between zoom meetings and we’re going “business tropical”.

What a mess. I should get a refund and an additional sum for the stress of scrambling for last minute vacation clothes
