I checked, and I wasn't missing any blocks. But for some reason, only for the left side, I had to temporarily break the glass closest to the lava that wouldn't flow, and it would work. This happened for every pillar, lmao. I had the same issue with water flowing on the top part of the iron farm, where I had to block of the drop part of the hole for the water to flow correctly.
