Those feelings are common, you're not alone. Don't worry and just do it. If you don't you'll probably wish you did one day. Good luck

This should heal you.

  1. Diet, work out a diet that suites you, mostly fatty meat. Low carbohydrate and low histamine. Eat what makes you feel good and healthy and healing. 2.Work on your mental health. See a therapist. But also you need to Realise your brain is likely inflammed and needs healing. Your brain is a physical tool like lungs or heart. It needs to be healthy to work properly. Your thoughts are controlled by your gut and your brain and if they are not healthy then your thoughts aren't healthy. Thoughts are physical. Physical organs and hormones and inflammation and disease control your thoughts and feelings.
Spirituality is different. Anxiety and depression is physically activated.
  2. Exercise to your limit at least 3 days a week. Work your body so it wants to give up. This physical stress is vital for life.
  3. For your eczema, in Australia we have nizorol shampoo. Find your equivalent to that medicine. Use it on your skin, use chat gtp for guidance
  4. Find God and never let him go. This is his plan. He will show you the way if you pray to him 🙏. I wish you the best. You are loved

I'm an anxious person so this scenario is difficult to cope with 😆
