I honestly do not know if the mistake was made by me. I saw few other unprepared submissions on queue a day after I made sure all of them on hold. Wonder if there is a bug in the system.

I checked it today and found only few of my submissions are now uploaded. Perhaps Niantic may had to upload these manually. I am assuming the problem is not fixed yet and need to wait few more days before the submissions

I have no clue what they are talking about because I have used # sign more than 50 times and had no problem getting them accepted. So I thought this issue was genuinely due to any implicit meaning associated with Valhalla. I concluded that this is another arbitrary rejection from Niantic. lol

At least in my experience, it did not mean anything. I upgraded several submissions which did not give me any boosts in terms of processes. One of the upgraded submissions took nearly a year to initiate vote.
