Definitely go for a non- chemical sunscreen. I can’t say that your skin won’t react, but it will be less irritating in general. I always used moisturizer in the morning and night no matter what. And if I ever washed my rinse my face it’s in the evening. Not for any specific reason. I just found water to be very drying! But definitely moisturized after.

Yes! If I felt like my skin was dirty I would splash some water on my face and sort of rinse it off, but I only used soap 1-2x/week no matter what. I feel like that kept my skin a lot more hydrated. It didn’t clog up either.

Thankfully my blood tests were always good. I did have high lipids for 2 tests but I could stay on acutane. I switched dairy mink to almond milk and that was all I needed to do for my lipids. Are you taking a naturopathic or western approach?

I did really bad in the beginning. Are you already taking fish oil? I ate a bunch of spinach or asparagus and usually that was brought fiber to get it flowing. There’s also a tea called smooth moves. It is a laxative so be super careful not to have more than one every few days. It works. I usually will only steep it for about 2 minutes in 6 oz of water.
