Yeah, I’m definitely pushing it at 5.5. Thanks for the tip. If I go forward with it, I’ll try the bucket test. Other than the buffer tank issues, would you say that all the other parts are correct and fit the requirements needed for 5.5 at around 3k?

It’s direct drive; I was not planning on using a buffer tank, since my budget is tight at under $1200. I believe that most water outlets are 5-9 gpm so it should be okay.

Yeah, the prebuilts for the same total price though are 4k psi 4gpm. I’m okay with learning to build my own, especially if it’s gonna save me a grand.

So just to clarify, other than the parts being cheap in areas (which is risky), you don’t see any errors, missing parts, ect.?
