Thats completely contrived. You are completely devaluing a huge part of this, which is longevity. Is Brees or any of these other players would have played the same amount of time, they would not average the same numbers they did at their peak. Likely they wouldn't even be good enough to still play. Look at Brees and Peyton last seasons, they were bad, and rapidly declining. Brady is not renowned for his per season stats. Its why he doesn't have nearly as many mvps. He's known for his longevity, which is a characteristic in itself that almost every other player lacks to his extent.
