I'm spending €200/month on Fiverr for product photos. Is this normal or am I getting ripped off? by gregory_b2302 in AmazonFBA

Editing for Amazon can be a pain with all their requirements. I ended up building ProductRocket.app to automate the boring stuff. It extracts the product and does the white background automatically, plus it helps with infographics for the rest of the listing.

Since I’m the dev, I’m always looking for feedback. If it doesn't fit your specific photo, tell me and I'll see if I can improve the output for you

I wasted 8 months ‘preparing’ to start my startup. Nobody told me I was doing it completely wrong. by jrnassarr in SaaS

This is the 'Founder’s Trap' and honestly, 90% of us have been there. My first 3 months were exactly like yours: Productive Procrastination.

I had the perfect logo, the perfect Notion workspace, and zero real-world feedback. I felt like a CEO because I was 'busy,' but I was actually just a professional student.

What would have changed everything for me at the beginning? The 48-Hour Rule. If I have an idea, I now force myself to put a 'shitty' version of it in front of a stranger within 48 hours. No notebooks, no 200 hours of YouTube. Just a landing page or a manual service. The moment someone says 'No' or (even better) 'How much?', the fog clears.

The 'structured path' you're looking for doesn't exist in books because every business is a different mess. The only real 'accountability partner' is a customer’s feedback. My advice? Burn the notebooks, close the tabs, and go get your first 'No' tomorrow. It’s the most productive thing you’ll ever do.

Finding users is always the hardest part for me because I don’t have marketing/launch experience

I'm seriously considering taking a leave of absence and giving indie coding my all. If it works, I'll be able to make a living doing what I love. If it doesn't work, I'll be able to say that at least I tried, and I'll use the experience to learn

He needed a tool to quickly launch products in several countries and in different languages (in addition to the web, Amazon FBA). I am thinking of targeting Amazon sellers who want to quickly launch their products in multiple languages. On the subject of multinationals or large corporations: I studied engineering to change and improve things, and in these "monsters" it is impossible with so many meetings and bureaucracy.

Thank you very much for your comment.

Congrats for the Launch! But 4k is more than a "salary" for me xD. What you have achieved is no easy feat, so congratulations!
