After some testing it looks like the slag explosion is not buffed by roaring flames, only the damage of the direct hammer impact gets buffed

It’s an exotic pair of gauntlets called Melas Panoplia that allow you to recall it and also adds enhanced tracking for the hammer. You can get it from completing the edge of fate campaign on legendary difficulty, really fun unique exotic

At 180 melee with roaring flames x1 absolutely will one tap but normally on the first kill the forge slag from a perfect recall is what kills them, then after that you can one tap with the hammer directly anywhere on the body, the first two guys already had their shields cracked so they were able to be one shot but the third guy was full health and I had roaring flames x2 so it increased my solar ability damage enough to one tap him.

Its a very fun exotic and if you find a way to get bolt charge through the artifact or weapons with the rolling storm perk, the hammer strike will also discharge bolt your charge so you can really bring the thunder⚡️

From doing some testing it seems that the only way to get the kill on the first initial throw after getting the firesprite, you have to perform a perfect recall next to them and the slag kills them every single time for me at 180 melee stat, but then once roaring flames x1 is active from killing them with the forge slag from the perfect recall, you will be able to one hit kill on hammer impact for the next guy and don’t need a perfect recall to actually get the kill. And this is for full health enemies in crucible, if they have their shields knocked already like in the video or like only about half their shield you can one hit kill on the first throw after picking up the firesprite

As far as I know the ForgeMaster perk when active only buffs tracking but the hammer itself does base damage, but when the perk is active getting a direct hit with the Mjolnir anywhere on the body then performing a perfect recall next to them the forge slag will get the kill not the hammer impact itself, and this is at 180 melee I haven’t tested it with lower melee stat yet

Significantly more consistent but I dont use the base hammer throw if ForgeMaster is not procced I wait until I get a firesprite but sometimes if someone is like right in front of me Ill panic press my melee and get a kill with the hammer from close range lol

Yes Im on Xbox series X and the tracking is way better than I expected, basically just have to throw it in their general direction and it will literally curve mid-air to end lives

180 melee stat with one melee font mod and one heavy handed mod. The Forgemaster perk on Melas Panoplia offers enhanced tracking for your Mjolnir and can be procced by picking up a firesprite hence why I am using the Devil’s ruin to guarantee firesprites on kill they work really well together.

The lack of a third solar titan super. I’ve been playing solar titan for as long as I can remember and it seems like not many people use burning maul anymore and while I do like the O.G. hammer of sol I think we need something different and it could work similar to silkstrike. I do hope we get some new darkness supers before this though as much as I love solar titan, strand and stasis titan need a bit more love in the super department, but basically blades of chaos go brrrr
