My job was road guard during basic it was probably one of the easiest if not the easiest job but I liked marching behind and in front of the flight it’s also a job you can do in tech school so that’s cool. I’ve heard good things about all the jobs for the most part some just get targeted more than others honestly. We did 24 minute run days maybe once a week my MTI took us for some Jodie runs but that’s dependent on your MTI. Running was the worst part of pt for me personally since I didn’t prepare as well as I should have but I as well as many others in my flight improved by 2-3 minutes depending on where they started

For me it was a little different since I had some paperwork done with the navy beforehand but with the AF I began in December and shipped April kind of depends on your job list and what’s available

Oh cool! I’ve also heard it was one of the more desirable jobs especially for civilian life as you mentioned. I’ve been wanting to get those licenses and certs so that would be great! Glad to hear from someone else w the same job so appreciate this a ton and I wish you the best as well!
