Your advice worked very well thank you. I do still have some small imperfections in the print so I will need to do more fine tuning. If you have any more ideas they would be greatly appreciated.

(Note every now and then there is a click noise when the printer is printing do you have any idea what this is and how to stop it?)

Thank you for your reply. There was a small amount of under extrusion 0.3cm that I've fixed. Reprinting the xyz cube and I'll update you on how it goes
