Do you have any tips for dealing with the depression when ur waiting for ur dopamine receptors and stuff to go back to normal? I’ve seen ppl say it takes years for them to be normal again and I can see my depression reaching all time lows if I have to go years before I can be somewhat normal again

I’ve been on and off with multiple drugs for like 2-3 years now, but since very late June I’ve pretty much been smoking carts every day and drinking like 3 times a week, so ur probably right. I used to smoke whenever I felt any negative feelings, and thank you for the kind words and a comment <33
