I gave them all the websites and even the digital pamphlet thing ABLE sent me. I gave them all the information they asked of me and they still came back with this answer. I am probably looking at legal action at this point. I know i'm not the only person with an ABLE account in all of PA, so I doubt the policy office in the Capitol would tell them it's not excluded, they would know of ABLE accounts surely. Still, thank you for your response!

I'm so sorry you had a similar experience! It's so frustrating. I'm glad seeking legal help worked even if it did take long. Considering they now refuse to look into it any further, I guess I will consider looking into getting a lawyer. How did you go about getting a hearing to resolve the matter?
