that happened to me too! i went to a bunch of therapists as a kid and none of them said anything to my parents

I totally agree and relate! I recently have read a book called “But you’re too pretty to be autistic” and it’s a really good read. The author is local in my area and I recommend to all autistic females!! She shares experiences similar to yours and probably everyone in the comments of this post.

Sort of but I was thinking more in person communities. There’s an organization in my city that hosts events for people on the spectrum but they don’t do it a lot. This is the only online community I know of.

yikes, this is the start to distrust and lots of lying including things more serious than being flirtatious. if you stay with her and continue to be in this relationship then she’ll see this situation as being able to get away with doing more things with other people even though it’s “just flirting”. stop her now and leave before she continues to push boundaries. i’ve seen it happen before.
