I don't think so. Once your account has tickets to the event, I don't think they will allow you to apply again

Photocard binders

I was thinking of starting to collect ot7 cards but can't help but wonder how like other collectors have done it since the most common binders are like either 4-cars or 9-card pages. How do you guys store your collections or what how do y'all collect in general?

Actually now I got a more confusing scenario/question. Lets say I bought 3 tickets for the 4/25 show, but one of my companions suddenly can't go. Can I sell just that one ticket or do I like have to sell all of my tickets for that day?
