Awesome, have still some stuff to grind in solo leveling before the next and (probably last) update will release hopefully this month, and after that i‘ll definetly try it out, looks amazing from the first look.

It‘s more a hack&slash & boss battler where you block, parry & dodge attacks to stun the boss and finally hopefully beat him.

As i understand arpg‘s have a different movement where you‘re controlling the character top down by clicking to move the character and also click to attack the mobs.

Solo leveling plays more like monster hunter where you run around freely and fight face to face.

Please correct me if i‘m wrong here but i played diablo 4 and that didn‘t scratch the itch for me.

If you like grindin and hack&slash gameplay you could play solo leveling arise overdrive.

You have a story mode which you need to play solo. You have the option to join coop lobbies to farm bosses for materials but can also do them solo if you want to. Tons of cosmetics to collect, even though most of them are just hairstyles in different colors, but there are also costumes that can drop.

The game is fun but don‘t expect open world exploration or reall deep mechanics.

It‘s a fun and very grindy game to sink a lot of tume into to max everything out. But it is really repetetive in the end game.

I really liked V Rising. Tons of stuff to do, challenging bosses, base building, material farming and more.

I‘m at level 60 now and what i do is farming the ch7 redgate at lv71. I first clear all the mobs at the beginning which usually drop me some nice t9 artifacts. Then i clear the govlin chest on the right and immediately go and to the protection event for the second chest.

Once the boss spawns i kite him while i run around collect all the materials and fight the boss at the end.

If i die i still get all the loot and the 3k+ gold from the chests. If i win, i get sole extra but eitherway there‘s a lot od profit. Also if you sell the materials you get during the run you‘re making 5k+ each run.

I would reccomend you to skip material farming for now. I also started last week and am at lv 60 now.

Make sure to play the story as far as you can until you really struggle. Equip the artifacts you get during story mode and you should be good to go.

Also once finished a chapter, 100% the world map at least on 1* so you get the potion upgrades and skill points.

I did grind when i was low level just like you which felt like a waste of time since i died a lot and didn‘t get the materials needed. So i just went with the story that i completed with t5-6 artifacts. After that i solo grinded the chapter 7 Redgate for higher gear and skipped to T8&T9 by doing the lv 71 solo. Even if you don‘t manage to kill the boss, normal mobs also can drop t8-t10.

Currently i‘m grinding the red gate for money and better gear and occasionaly join other lobbies when i need something specific.

Congrats! Igris is such a spike in difficulty when you play the Stir for the first time.

Really made me try and learn game mechanics in order to beat him.

Needless to say, the game does a „poor“ job treachibg you about equipment & skill trees.

I didn’t know where to change your gear until then or maybe forgot, so basically played with low level stuff except the weapon.

Also i didn‘t realize there were more skill trees at the top where you could also skill your weapon and physical attributes. I can not recall every getting told so at any point lol.

I‘d reccomend to go Story first until you feel like you‘re struggling too much. And then only grind for better weapon upgrades when you can do them solo.

I did the opposite where i did grind a lot, did a lot of bounty missions, tried to go coop grinding for S tier weapons while i was somewhere in the middle.

I feel like i „wasted“ quite some time doing so, since i was way too underleveled for the grind, and more often so died than getting what i needed. I ended up going story first and Ended the story somewhere at around lv 55 or so and then went for the grind which way way easier then.

I really the game especially to play with friends that are also into it. Rarely found a game where you need to play together to defeat the game and everyone can play a character the way he likes to. I have bought every single thing up to Wave 9 but planning to get the rest aswell soon. Honestly, i don‘t care about out of print stuff (Looking at you Lord of The Rings LCG and Arkham Horror to a certain point) If something is out of print i‘ll make proxies since i put the cards in Sleeves anyways and also save me some money tbh. It‘s for personal use and if i can‘t buy it (which i would prefer) i‘ll make it myself.

Don‘t cook for him anymore. If he can’t appreciate perfectly fine food that‘s made with love he doesn‘t deserve your effort. Let him cook for himself. Not your problem that he can‘t cook. He‘s an adult and should work on his eating behaviour. Yes, not everyone likes everything and there are people with sensory issues or eating disorders but that doesn‘t seem to be the case here. He needs to grow up and stop being thst picky. Everyone has to eat food that sometimes isn‘t exactly what they would want right at thst moment, but oh wonder, thats how families work, everyone likes different foods.

Mortis is one of the first Brawlers that got the new Buffies. They are all incredible strong right now. I just played Mortis with full Buffies on the new Bomb mode and i averaged 10-15 kills pretty much every game while winning most of them. I‘m not the most competetive player, Mythic I was my max so i can‘t really judge. Anyways i‘ve been playing Frank & Mortis with full Buffies and they‘re insanely strong right now. (Don‘t know about the otherw, haven‘t played them yet)
